Of all, I always try to make myself an optimist who sees opportunity in difficult
and convince myself it will eventually be better day to day when the worst has came.

Endure the pain. Work out the stress.
What doesn't kill me makes me stronger, isn't?

Be thankful that you survived everytime when you think you couldn't take it anymore.
Be grateful that your life isn't dull and flat without any climax and you can actually show off how happening it is to your next generation in the future.
